Packing, buying a plane ticket, researching your destination… sound familiar? It’s what most people do before traveling. No matter where you’re going, there’s one more thing you need to add to the ever-growing list of things to do before you leave. Getting fit.

Why do you need to get fit? Think about it. Whether you’re in Amsterdam, Maui, or Cairo you’re going to need to be physically capable to be on your feet all day. Now, if you have a physically active lifestyle already, then you don’t really need to do this. But if you’re like most people, get ready.

THIS ISN’T ABOUT WEIGHT LOSS – IT’S ABOUT GETTING HEALTHY

So if all you care about is getting a “bikini body”, you should probably leave now. Not everyone is skinny, nor is everyone supposed to be skinny. And I believe a bikini body is your body, in a bikini. Nothing else.

Every Friday I will put up a new nutrition tip, workout, or something to help your mental well-being. Because to me, traveling the world isn’t just about getting from one place to another. It’s a lifestyle that helps you become the person you want to be.
